Hat Burning Arts Night - Wide Brim

A creative, hands‑on evening where guests transform simple hats into custom works of art guided by Cassie Healey of Top Reins Design, whose creative burn‑work and encouraging teaching style make the night fun!! Using wood‑burning tools, you’ll learn how to add patterns, textures, initials, and meaningful symbols that turn your hat into a one‑of‑a‑kind piece with rustic character and personal story. The atmosphere is cozy, artistic, and a little adventurous: glowing tools, shared laughter, and that satisfying moment when your design comes alive under your own hand. As part of the evening, guests will also enjoy a short Equine‑Assisted Learning session with the Journey Equus herd. This will be a gentle, grounding interaction that offers insight, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection to the horses who make our programs possible. A portion of every ticket supports Journey Equus Equine‑Assisted Learning programs, helping us provide life‑changing experiences for youth, families, and community members.
